Each workshop takes us about four weeks to build. First, we go to your front-line supervisors and ask them what skills their team needs to improve upon. Based on their feedback, we record acres of your on-air and digital content.
Next, we find examples of cutting-edge techniques that increase audience retention. We find the best work being done at countless other news operations around the world. We pride ourselves on producing trainings that showcase the most effective new techniques, both online and on television.
We boil all these shows and new techniques down to a two-day workshop that will increase your news numbers every night. Your team won’t just hear about ways to improve, they’ll see first-hand examples taken right from their own work and major competitors.
Then, 30 days later, we follow up the on-site workshop with a second online workshop. Just as before, we record hours and hours of your newscasts and promos. We check up on how your team is following up on the commitments made in the first workshop. The entire team meets with us online and we give them specific feedback on the skills that are working and the ones that still need more attention.
